Our Services

Bangladesh Scenic Tours arranges cultural, heritage, nature, adventure, river, and other travel experiences throughout Bangladesh.

The confirmed quotation, itinerary, and booking confirmation determine the services included in your tour.

Website information, photographs, and promotional materials are provided for general guidance only and do not guarantee identical weather, wildlife sightings, accommodation, road conditions, or local circumstances.

We will make reasonable efforts to provide confirmed services with proper care and professionalism.

Booking and Payment

A booking becomes confirmed only after:

• Required payment has been received; and

• Bangladesh Scenic Tours has issued written confirmation.

Travelers must check all booking details carefully and notify us promptly of any errors.

Payment schedules, deposits, balances, and cancellation charges are stated in the booking documents or applicable policies.

Failure to complete required payments may result in cancellation of the booking.

Traveler Responsibilities

Travelers are responsible for:

• Providing accurate personal and travel information;

• Having valid passports, visas, permits, and required documents;

• Arriving on time at agreed meeting points;

• Following reasonable instructions from guides and representatives;

• Respecting Bangladesh laws, culture, communities, and environment;

• Informing us before travel about medical, dietary, accessibility, or special requirements;

• Taking care of personal belongings.

Bangladesh Scenic Tours is not responsible for problems caused by incorrect information, missing documents, late arrival, or failure to follow reasonable instructions.

Safety and Travel Risks

Travelers acknowledge that travel may involve natural and unavoidable risks, including:

• Road travel;

• Boat journeys;

• Weather changes;

• Rural areas;

• Uneven surfaces;

• Outdoor and adventure activities.

Travelers participate responsibly and agree to follow all safety instructions.

Bangladesh Scenic Tours may change, delay, or stop activities where reasonably necessary for safety.

Travelers are responsible for ensuring they are medically fit for their chosen tour.

Changes to Tours

Travel arrangements may require changes due to:

• Weather;

• Floods, cyclones, or river conditions;

• Road or transport conditions;

• Safety concerns;

• Government restrictions;

• Supplier availability;

• Circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Bangladesh Scenic Tours may change hotels, vehicles, guides, activities, routes, or schedules when necessary.

Where possible, we will provide a reasonably comparable alternative.

Third-Party Services

Some tour services may be provided by independent suppliers, including:

• Hotels;

• Transport providers;

• Boat operators;

• Restaurants;

• Airlines;

• Local guides.

Bangladesh Scenic Tours selects and coordinates suppliers with reasonable care but is not responsible for independent actions, delays, failures, or decisions of third-party providers except where legally responsible.

Force Majeure

Bangladesh Scenic Tours is not responsible for delays, changes, cancellations, losses, or additional expenses caused by events beyond reasonable control, including:

• Natural disasters;

• Floods or severe weather;

• Political disturbance;

• Government restrictions;

• Strikes;

• Pandemics;

• Major transport disruption;

• Security situations.

We will make reasonable efforts to assist travelers and provide alternatives where possible.

Travel Insurance

Travelers are strongly advised to obtain comprehensive travel insurance covering:

• Medical emergencies;

• Accidents;

• Cancellation;

• Interruption;

• Baggage loss;

• Emergency evacuation.

Bangladesh Scenic Tours is not an insurance provider and is not responsible for uninsured risks or expenses that are normally covered by insurance.

Conduct and Participation

Bangladesh Scenic Tours may refuse or end a traveler’s participation if their behavior:

• Creates a serious safety risk;

• Threatens or harms others;

• Seriously disrupts the tour;

• Breaks Bangladesh law;

• Repeatedly ignores safety instructions.

Additional costs caused by such behavior are the traveler’s responsibility.

Cancellations and Unused Services

The separate Cancellation & Refund Policy governs cancellation and refund conditions.

No refund is normally provided for:

• No-shows;

• Late arrival;

• Unused services;

• Voluntary withdrawal after the tour begins;

• Services already paid to suppliers and not recoverable.

Liability

Bangladesh Scenic Tours will provide services with reasonable care.

To the maximum extent permitted by Bangladesh law, we are not responsible for losses caused by:

• Traveler actions or negligence;

• Incorrect information;

• Missing documents;

• Independent arrangements;

• Third-party failures;

• Events beyond reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms excludes responsibility that cannot legally be excluded, including liability arising from our own negligence where applicable.

Where permitted by law, Bangladesh Scenic Tours’ total liability will not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Emergency Assistance

Bangladesh Scenic Tours may assist with emergency arrangements such as medical support, communication, or alternative transport where reasonably possible.

Any medical, evacuation, accommodation, or personal expenses remain the traveler’s responsibility unless caused by our legal responsibility.

Privacy and Photography

We use personal information only for booking administration, travel arrangements, communication, legal requirements, and related services.

Photos or videos taken during tours may be used for promotional purposes unless travelers request otherwise.

Complaints

If a problem occurs during the tour, travelers should inform their guide or Bangladesh Scenic Tours as soon as possible so we can try to resolve the issue.

Written complaints should include booking details and relevant information.

We will review complaints fairly and reasonably.
