Bangladesh Scenic Tours aims to provide a clear and transparent booking and payment process.

This policy should be read together with our Terms & Conditions and Cancellation & Refund Policy.

By making a payment and confirming a booking, you agree to the applicable booking documents and policies.

Quotation & Availability

All quotations and proposed itineraries are subject to availability until we confirm the booking.

Your quotation will normally state:

• Tour dates;

• Itinerary;

• Included and excluded services;

• Total tour price;

• Required advance payment; and

• Payment schedule.

A quotation is valid only for the period stated in it. Hotel, transport, ticket, and other supplier availability may change before confirmation.

Booking Confirmation

A minimum advance payment of 20% of the total tour cost is normally required to confirm a booking.

However, some tours require larger advance commitments for hotels, boats, trains, flights, permits, vehicles, or other suppliers.

Where necessary, Bangladesh Scenic Tours may require an advance payment of more than 20% to reasonably cover confirmed supplier commitments. We will inform you of any higher advance requirement before you confirm the booking.

A booking becomes confirmed only when:

• The required advance payment has been successfully received and cleared; and

• Bangladesh Scenic Tours issues a written booking confirmation.

Until both conditions are met, arrangements remain subject to availability.

Supplier Commitments

After confirming a booking, Bangladesh Scenic Tours may make payments or enter into financial commitments with suppliers on your behalf.

These may include:

• Hotels and accommodation;

• Private vehicles;

• Boats;

• Train, air, or other tickets;

• Guides;

• Permits;

• Entrance fees; and

• Activities or other confirmed services.

Some of these payments may become non-refundable.

Customer-requested cancellations and changes are therefore subject to our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

Remaining Balance

You must pay the remaining balance by the deadline stated in your booking confirmation or agreed payment schedule.

Bangladesh Scenic Tours may require payment of the full outstanding balance before the tour begins, particularly when supplier commitments must be paid in advance.

Payment of the remaining balance upon arrival is available only upon Bangladesh Scenic Tours' specific written agreement.

If we do not receive payment by the agreed deadline, we may suspend further arrangements or treat the booking as canceled in accordance with the applicable cancellation terms.

Last-Minute Bookings

For bookings made close to the departure date, Bangladesh Scenic Tours may require full payment upon confirmation.

This is particularly applicable where hotels, transportation, tickets, guides, or other arrangements must be paid for immediately.

Payment Methods

Payments must be made only through payment instructions officially provided by Bangladesh Scenic Tours.

Available methods may include:

• Bank transfer (subject to 10% withholding tax);

• Money Transfer Operators (MTOs): Western Union, MoneyGram, and Ria;

• Approved online/card payment facilities;

• Other authorized payment methods; and

• Legally accepted foreign-currency payments (USD, EUR, GBP).

Customers should not send money to an account or payment channel not confirmed through our official communication channels.

Never send your PIN, CVV, online banking password, or other confidential banking credentials to Bangladesh Scenic Tours by email, WhatsApp, or messaging service.

Foreign-Currency Payments

For international travelers, Bangladesh Scenic Tours may accept payment in an approved foreign currency where permitted under applicable Bangladesh foreign-exchange rules and our banking arrangements.

If the payment currency differs from the currency stated in the quotation, we will confirm the applicable amount payable or the conversion basis before payment.

Bank, card, transfer, and currency-conversion charges may apply.

We will provide an official payment acknowledgment or receipt after we successfully receive payment.

When Payment Is Considered Received

We consider a payment received only after the funds have cleared and been confirmed through the relevant bank, payment provider, or authorized payment channel.

A payment screenshot, transfer instruction, or pending transaction does not, by itself, constitute a completed payment.

Bangladesh Scenic Tours is not responsible for delays caused by the customer's bank, intermediary banks, or payment providers.

Bank & Payment Charges

Unless otherwise stated in writing:

• The customer is responsible for charges imposed by their own bank or payment provider;

• International transfer or intermediary-bank charges may apply;

• Currency conversion costs may apply; and

• Bangladesh Scenic Tours will credit the booking with the amount actually received.

Bangladesh Scenic Tours will disclose any payment-related charges imposed directly by Bangladesh Scenic Tours before payment, where applicable.

Payment Reversals & Chargebacks

If a payment is subsequently reversed, cancelled, rejected, or charged back, the affected amount will remain outstanding unless the reversal resulted from an error attributable to Bangladesh Scenic Tours or the applicable payment provider.

We may request supporting information to investigate a disputed or reversed payment.

We may refer fraudulent payment disputes or unauthorized payment activity to the relevant bank, payment provider, or authority, where appropriate.

Pricing & Additional Services

The confirmed tour price covers the services specifically stated as included in your written itinerary or booking confirmation.

We do not charge hidden fees for services included in your confirmed package.

Additional charges may arise where:

• You request additional or upgraded services;

• You change your itinerary, dates, or number of travelers;

• You incur additional costs through late arrival, missed services, or other customer-caused circumstances; or

• Additional expenses arise in circumstances addressed by our Terms & Conditions.

Where reasonably possible, we will communicate and agree on customer-requested additional costs before arranging the additional service.

Accommodation & Service Arrangements

After confirmation, Bangladesh Scenic Tours will arrange the accommodation, transportation, guides, and other services stated in your confirmed itinerary.

If a confirmed supplier becomes unexpectedly unavailable, Bangladesh Scenic Tours may arrange a reasonably comparable alternative in accordance with our Terms & Conditions.

This allows us to continue providing the agreed tour without treating every unavoidable supplier substitution as a cancellation of the entire booking.

Changes Requested by the Customer

Any change requested after booking confirmation is subject to:

• Availability;

• Supplier conditions;

• Additional supplier costs;

• Price differences; and

• Our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

We do not confirm a requested change until Bangladesh Scenic Tours accepts it in writing.

Cancellation & Refunds

Our separate Cancellation & Refund Policy governs cancellation charges, refundable amounts, non-refundable supplier costs, rescheduling, no-shows, and refund processing.

Nothing in this Booking & Payment Policy is intended to remove any mandatory right available under applicable Bangladesh law.

Payment Records

Upon successful receipt of payment, Bangladesh Scenic Tours will provide an appropriate acknowledgment, receipt, or booking record.

Customers should retain:

• Their quotation;

• Booking confirmation;

• Final itinerary;

• Payment receipts; and

• Relevant correspondence

until the tour has been completed.

Errors & Incorrect Payments

If an obvious payment, invoice, or calculation error is discovered, Bangladesh Scenic Tours will notify the customer and make reasonable efforts to correct it.

If a customer accidentally pays more than the amount due, we will handle any verified excess payment appropriately after applicable payment or banking adjustments.
